 Following by the development of financial indutry and variation of financial environment, all major banks introduced innovation in their branches, put in practice of refinement of management measure like separating business in levels and functions in areas, reducing the processes etc., improve the service of the branches. The services of financial message also reach a new level – most richness and fastest information means highest efficiency and biggest profit.
  The branches, as the main channel for the banks provide services, play a very important role in realizing the bank’s strategy, attracting good clients, improving bank’s performance; In the mean time, expensive operating cost makes the banks pay lots attention to the channel development and allocation of the branches, in order to increase the rate of return on investment.

> Research of overall arrangement in branches and function area division 
  Branches of commercial banks in Chinam are in the full transformation period, constructions of branches are toward the new system. The functional area division of the branches with new system as: self-service area, personal service area in cash, personal service area non-cash, business service area in cash, business service area non-cash, VIP area, propaganda area, information desk, waiting area, offices area etc.
